Description:
Tony A Plumley and Mikal J Plumley established TAP Builders in 1993. Over the years, our firm has completed many remodel projects and several new homes.
Ultimately, our goal is to construct high quality buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of construction services - from planning, through design and construction documents for a "turn-key" operation.
